By subscribing to or using any services provided by Swayze CRM—including our CRM software, AI tools, automations, templates, integrations, and training resources—you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable service-level agreements.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.
2. Subscription Plans & Usage Credits

KING$100/month (email/SMS usage)❌ No rollover
Credits can be used toward email, SMS, calls, and certain AI services. Credits do not roll over and are forfeited if unused by the end of your billing cycle.
3. Usage-Based Charges
All usage beyond your included credits is billed at the following rates (subject to change):

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for any subscriptions, usage, or service fees.
You are responsible for cancelling your plan before your next billing date to avoid renewal charges. No retroactive refunds will be granted.
Clients may cancel or pause their subscription at any time. Cancellations must be completed before your next billing date
by navigating to:
Settings > Company Billing
in your Swayze CRM account.
After cancellation, your account will remain active through the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that time. Annual plans will cancel at the next billing cycle. No refunds or partial refunds will be made for annual or monthly plans.
To send SMS using our platform, you must comply with current A2P 10DLC regulations. Swayze CRM will handle the registration process on your behalf, but you are required to complete our A2P form and provide:

Failure to provide accurate and complete information may result in blocked SMS delivery. A2P registration and messaging fees apply and are non-refundable.
Any leads, contacts, or client data entered by you remains your sole property. Swayze CRM will
never access, share, download, or sell your data without explicit permission. Access may be granted temporarily to troubleshoot technical issues or provide requested support.
All data is stored in a secure, with optional HIPAA-compliant environment (per written request)
All CRM configurations, templates, automations, scripts, and training materials are the intellectual property of Swayze Marketing LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Not to copy, clone, resell, or redistribute Swayze CRM intellectual property. Not to transfer sub-accounts to another CRM or platform for replication. Not to give access to 3rd parties for the purpose of duplicating assets.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of service and legal action.
AI-generated content and tools are provided "as is" and for informational or creative purposes only.
Use at your own discretion.Swayze CRM does not guarantee exclusivity or accuracy. Generated content may be similar to outputs provided to other users. Users are encouraged to disclose AI usage when publishing content. A.I tools must be used with user discretion.
Swayze CRM provides all services "as is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind.
We are not responsible for:
Loss of data
Missed messages or calls
Delayed delivery due to 3rd party carriers
Business losses or downtime resulting from software use
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted publicly and apply immediately. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the
State of South Carolina without regard to conflict of law principles.
