You can cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason.
You can cancel your 14 day free trial at any time during the trial.
Swayze CRM reserves the right to cancel client subscriptions at any time and for any reason.
Swayze CRM will cancel accounts if you, or others you have granted access to your account, are disrespectful to our staff, vendors, partners, or other people in our communities feature.
Swayze CRM will cancel accounts and revoke user access if you we discover or suspect illegal or immoral activity that violates our terms or the terms of our software vendors.

Only our two-week free trial is eligible for a refund in certain circumstances. If you cancel during your 14 day free trial we process requests Monday Through Friday, 9AM to 5PM. You might be charged if we are unable to initiate the refund on weekends/holidays. If we are unable to process your request on a weekend or holiday we will initiate a full refund the next business day.
Courses/Products that are clearly labeled as a trial or offer a 30-day refund will state so at the bottom of the page. If a course or product is not labeled then it is not eligible for a refund.
Telephony charges such as SMS, Phone, Recording Fees, A2P Registration One Time, and A2P Campaign Monthly Recurring fees are non-refundable.
Purchases of leads from Swayze CRM or 3rd party vendors are non-refundable.
Purchases of one-time digital e-books and other digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
1-on-1 Onboarding sessions, chatbot customization, automation custom-builds, custom ad creatives, funnel and site design and other customized services are non-refundable and not eligible for a return.
New sign-ups for our advanced, pro-plan, and enterprise plans are not eligible for a refund and are not covered by our two-week free trial refund policy.
All subscriptions are considered "as-earned" meaning your CRM subscription payment is non-refundable. If you cancel your account will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
If Swayze CRM cancels your account for violations of our policies then you are not entitled to any return or refund even if we fully revoke user access.
Lifetime accounts, pre-paid annual accounts, and any unused pre-paid monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Your accounts will be available to you until your subscription or pre-paid months expire.
Credit Card Refunds through Stripe will be processed in 7 to 10 days
