Swayze CRM is mandatory for our ACA calling program because our automations and training of the callers are specific to our process and what we have built. You can keep your other CRM(s) however our callers our trained on our dispositions, scripting (internal to their Wavv/Swayze account). etc. If you want your caller to dial from an outside system you will be responsible for the training on that system, the automations on that system etc. We will not honor any replacement guarantee because we are not able to audit nor build in outside systems.
